Of course, we know that anything can happen to anyone at any time, that something might come up or a participant of the team will be ill, but if you cannot be at the reserved time for some reason, please let us know in time!
Given that rescheduling takes time, cancellations / date changes can be made free of charge 48 hours before the booked date (by email or phone) taking into account opening hours. In this case 100% of the booking will be refunded. In case of cancellation within 24 hours, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.
